KelleyThe grip is very ergonomic in shape and the material is quite comfortable. The laser does a good job of identifying the point of impact after you finish sighting it in. However, the size of the grip is larger than the original one I used and makes it less concealable when carried inside a pants pocket. So, it's a trade off - comfort versus concealability. And the instructions on how to change the point of impact of the laser when adjusting it to my chosen load were backward (i.e. clockwise versus counterclockwise to move the beam). Sighting in the laser is clearly more of a chore than advertised. Once you get it done, it works well.
